Do you have specially adapted rooms?

Yes, we have two rooms equipped for people with a physical disability or mobility issue, including those in a wheelchair. The two Deluxe Garden View Rooms are located close to the elevator on the ground floor, and offer disabled bathroom facilities enabling access for all, as well as other features within the room. The rooms are bookable as per the hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Do you have smoking rooms?

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor public areas and in designated rooms.

Is it possible to provide an extra bed in the room?

We can provide extra beds in the rooms. Please request upon reservation or by contacting our Guest Relations Department via gr_ler@premieregypthotels.com

Does the hotel arrange transportation from the airport?

Premier Le Rêve is adults only hotel with minimum accepted age being 16+

Pets are not permitted in the hotel

Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 pm.

Is your Wifi free of charge?

Wi-Fi access is available throughout the hotel for hotel guests free of charge. All of the rooms equipped with both Wifi and cable internet free of charge.

Do you have parking available and how much does it cost?

Parking facilities are complimentary for all in-house guests

Do you provide special amenities for Wedding Anniversaries, Honeymoon or Birthday guests?

We do provide complimentary amenities for special occasions, kindly contact our Guest Relations Department via gr_ler@premieregypthotels.com in order to make all the necessary arrangements prior to arrival or while in house.

Can we book the hotel direct?

Our hotel is operating on exclusive basis with TUI UK and in case of country of origin being UK can only be booked via TUI.

Does the hotel have loyalty system for repeat guests?

Hotel has a loyalty scheme that starts to operate once 50 hotel nights reached in total.

Does the hotel have a dress code?

Gentleman must wear full lengths trousers during dinner time in all of our restaurants.
