Our Journey to Sustainability

At Premier Le Reve Hotel & Spa, we've always believed that luxury and sustainability go hand-in-hand. Our journey to becoming a more environmentally conscious and socially responsible hotel began with a simple question: "What can we do to make a positive impact on our community and the environment?"

A Passion for Giving Back

Our team members are passionate about giving back to the community. We regularly donate blood to the local blood bank, helping to save lives and support those in need. Our team-created care fund for colleagues in need grows every month, thanks to our staff's and stakeholders' ongoing contributions. We believe that supporting our own is essential to creating a positive and sustainable work environment.

Empowering Our Community

We're committed to creating a more inclusive and diverse work environment. As part of our sustainability initiative, we reserve 5% of our staff positions for individuals with disabilities. We also believe in supporting our team's most important moments, which is why our sustainability initiative includes a family planning program, offering paid time off for weddings, births, and other significant family occasions.

Reducing Our Footprint

We're dedicated to reducing our environmental footprint. We utilize solar-powered lighting wherever possible and feature a stunning glass ceiling in our lobby, allowing natural light to flood the space. We've also implemented a recycling program and replaced single-use plastics with eco-friendly alternatives. Our leftover food is donated to a local animal charity, supporting the care and well-being of animals in need.

Supporting Our Local Community

We're proud to partner with two incredible charities: Paws of Hope Shelter and Resala Charity Organization. We invite our guests to participate in our fundraising efforts during their stay. Every contribution, big or small, helps us create a positive impact.

Join Us in Making a Difference

We believe that everyone can make a difference, no matter how small. That's why we invite our guests to join us in our sustainability efforts. From reducing energy consumption to conserving water, every small action counts. We host a Beach Clean-Up Day twice a month, and we invite our guests to join us in preserving our beautiful beach and protecting our marine life. Simply by choosing to reuse your towels and bed linen, you can help us reduce our water usage.
